Integration with POS and ticketing systems
SEM does not support individual tickets. Therefore, we like to link with POS or ticketing systems that recognize our codes. This can be done in real time or by pre-loading codes into SEM. Our software has a scanner, but we prefer to interface with external systems to enhance your access control.
Smart Event Manager can interface with various ticketing systems, making it possible to generate tickets directly in SEM and streamline ticket control. The following ticketing systems interface with SEM by default:

Key features
Group tickets
SEM only supports group tickets and not individual tickets. This means that you cannot assign your guests individually to specific chairs or seats.
Adjustment of tickets
With SEM, you can easily modify tickets, for example, if there are changes in the event’s program.
Additional access scans
You can set that group tickets can be scanned more than what is reserved for. This is useful if, for example, 25 people are coming instead of 20, then the extra people will be billed later. Also useful if you have different entrances or if the group doesn’t all come at once.
