With Essentials, you can manage reservations and billing and have visibility into facility availability. In addition, Essentials makes it easy to create clear quotes and work sheets. It is also possible to exchange data with accounting and POS systems.

For medium-sized organizations

Do you need more functionality and want to take your event organization to the next level? Then the Premium version of Smart Event Manager is the right choice. All the benefits of Essentials and more! Book arrangements, create a series of your reservations, provide production lists by production unit and select target groups for marketing purposes. You can create quotations in your corporate identity based on Microsoft Word templates and have more insight into the goals set thanks to the dashboards. You can also use the additional Staff Planning module to schedule staff on tasks and authorize employees to positions based on planned reservations.
