Basic training 1 Basic application
Basic Training 1 covers the basic skills regarding booking in the Smart Event Manager desktop application. In the process, you will be introduced to the structure of the system. In this training that takes place through Microsoft Teams, you will be guided online by one of our trainers. In half a day (morning) you will learn the basic functions in the Smart Event Manager desktop application, such as creating a relation and a reservation. In addition, of course, you will be given some helpful tips to make the work as easy as possible.

General information
This training is suitable for: new employees who do not yet have experience in the Smart Event Manager desktop application.
Result
Upon completion of the training you will be able to:
- Enter relations
- Change relation information
- Enter reservations, including program, facility, products and quotation preparation
- Enter actions
- Cancel reservations
- Book and customize series and iterations
- Generate work orders and production lists
