Basic Training 2
Basic Training 2 SEM online covers the basics of setting up Smart Event Manager Essentials and Premium. In this training that takes place through Microsoft Teams, you will be guided online by one of our trainers in half a day (morning). In addition, of course, you will be given some helpful tips to make the work as easy as possible.
General information
This training is suitable for: Smart Event Manager users who are working in the SEM packages Essentials and Premium and have taken the Basic Training 1 SEM online, or who already have experience entering a relationship and reservation. If you do have experience in the Smart Event Manager desktop application, then this training is not necessary for you.
Result
Upon completion of the training you will be able to:
- Manage and setup the planboard
- Create facilities (rooms, vessels, audiovisual equipment, etc.) and facility formations
- Manage settings for relationships
- Create relation codings (origin, industry, etc.)
- Manage settings for default reservations
- Create cancellation reasons
- Create reservation codings (type of activity, department, account manager, etc.)
- Manage settings for applications
