Basic Training 2 covers the basics of the setup in the Smart Event Manager desktop application. In this training that takes place through Microsoft Teams, you will be guided online by one of our trainers in half a day (morning). In addition, of course, you will be given some helpful tips to make the work as easy as possible.

General information
This training is suitable for: SEM users who have taken Basic Training 1 in the desktop application, or who already have experience entering reservations and relationships and generating work lists.
Result
Upon completion of the training you will be able to:
- Set up the occupation screen
- Create facilities (rooms, vessels, audiovisual equipment, etc.) and facility formations
- Manage settings for relationships
- Create relation codings (origin, industry, etc.)
- Manage settings for reservations
- Create cancellation reasons
- Create reservation codings (type of activity, department, account manager, etc.)
- Manage settings for work lists
- Create standard reservations
- Manage settings for applications
