Support
In the support department, you will be the first point of contact for users of Smart Event Manager software. Functional questions about the operation of the software you handle directly yourself and you help users set up the software. Once you get to know the software well you will start answering the more complex issues. You then supervise implementations of Smart Event Manager, advising on software setup and providing training to users.
In addition to the functional help desk, you will deal with technology. You will be well guided in this, so you will learn this quickly. You perform installations of the software, investigate bug reports and specify them clearly for the developers.
It is a varied position where you are in constant contact with the users of the software so you can experience the enthusiastic response yourself!
Software engineer
You will work on both the front-end and back-end. You will add advanced features to the software paying close attention to usability. In doing so, you keep a close eye on the architecture of the software and are constantly looking for the most practical solutions. You’d rather write understandable code than extensive documentation. As you become more knowledgeable about Smart Event Manager software, you can advance to the application consultant position. You can go into training, supervise implementations or make presentations at user meetings. In addition, you can become more involved in the further development of the software by tuning and designing new functionality.
