Support
In the support department, you are the first point of contact for users of Smart Event Manager software. You handle functional questions about operating the software yourself directly and assist users with configuring the software. Once you have a good understanding of the software, you will start answering more complex issues. You then guide implementations of Smart Event Manager, advising on software configuration and providing training to users.
In addition to the functional helpdesk, you will also work on the technical side. You will receive good guidance for this, so you will learn quickly. You perform software installations, investigate bug reports, and clearly specify these for the developers.
It is a varied role where you are continuously in contact with the software users, allowing you to experience their enthusiastic reactions firsthand!
Software engineer
You work on both the front-end and back-end. You add advanced features to the software with a strong focus on user-friendliness. You keep a close eye on the software architecture and are continually looking for the most practical solutions. You prefer writing understandable code over extensive documentation. As you gain more knowledge about Smart Event Manager software, you can advance to the role of application consultant. You may start giving training sessions, guiding implementations, or giving presentations during user meetings. Additionally, you can become more involved in the further development of the software by coordinating and designing new functionalities.
