Access training whenever it suits you. Starting early July, we offer free training videos in our Knowledge Center. These are perfect whether you’re just getting started and want to learn the basics, or if you already have some experience and want to dive deeper into specific features. Trainings that will be available online are basic training daily use, basic training setup, advanced training and invoicing training. Ideal for independent learning at your own pace.
You can access the Knowledge Center by logging into your Smart Event Manager environment and clicking on the Help / Knowledge Center tile or by clicking the question mark in the top right corner.
Prefer personal guidance, a customized training, or do you want to deepen your knowledge of specific modules? Then a custom training is the right choice. We tailor the training to your specific needs. An experienced consultant will provide you with one-on-one guidance. These trainings can be given online, at our office in Lelystad, or at your own location.
