Integration with POS and ticketing systems

Smart Event Manager does not support individual tickets directly. Therefore, we prefer to integrate with POS or ticketing systems that recognize our codes. This can be done in real-time or by preloading codes into SEM. Although our software includes a scanner, we recommend linking with external systems to optimize your access control.

Additional Entry Scans

You can configure group tickets to be scanned at multiple locations, not just at the reserved entrances. This is useful if, for example, 25 people show up instead of 20; the extra guests can then be invoiced afterward. It is also helpful for events with multiple entrances or for groups that do not arrive at the same time.
