We began looking for new software because our custom-built system had reached its end of life, the company that developed it no longer existed. The system we had was tailor-made and therefore perfectly suited to our company and all the activities we carry out. We wanted to find a partner that could offer an all-in-one solution, so that we wouldn’t have to work with different systems side by side. We had become quite spoiled and demanding due to all the conveniences of the old system. That’s exactly what we found in SEM.

We’ve especially notice how quickly we can now create quotes. There’s minimal room for error, and invoicing is also fast and straightforward. We really like the cockpit view, which gives a clear overview of everything.
The ability for customers to approve quotes online and the option to include a payment link directly on the invoice, allowing clients to pay online immediately, are features that work very well for us.
